產業安全風險管理平台前瞻研究中心

簡介: 
近年國內災害事故頻傳,往往造成重大傷亡,危及鄰里。常見原因為不懂或是未注意物質的特性所引起的,如 2017 年 3 月 17 日高雄市下水道火警事故、2015 年 6 月 27 日八仙樂園粉塵爆炸事故、2014 年 7 月 31 日高雄氣爆事故、2011 年 4 月 22 日新北市新興堂金紙鋪爆炸事件等,其中不乏一些化學品、危險物質及爆竹煙火操作不當所引起的災害。若人員具備相關危害知識、瞭解其危害及處理能力,則能將災害降到最低。在這資訊爆炸的時代,網路上查詢資訊再基本不過,化學品、危險物質及爆竹煙火等物品亦是,唯網路上資訊眾多,但仍有資料不完全、分散或是正確性等問題產生,因此本中心採用創新之思維,將安全為核心營運模式,將安全資訊做為一技術性產品,滿足企業或政府甚至一般民眾對於災害預防日漸增加的需求,因而開創「產業安全風險管理平台」。
